Long Thanh Vientiane Golf Club is the first 27-hole course in Laos. The original 18 opened in 2012 and the second 18 in 2016. The golf course is located in a special duty free zone 16 kilometers outside Vientiane and 1 kilometer from the Mekong River which separates Thailand and Laos.

SEA Games Golf Club, built to host and commemorate the 25th SEA games, is a new hidden gem of the Laotian golfing circuit. The golf course was built by the Boo Young Company, of Korea and opened in 2009. The course, built on 150 hectares with three courses (A, B & C) and 27 holes, built at Phokham village just 18 km from Vientiane, is perfect for a quick stopover and golf game near the capital of Laos.

Full day play golf at Luang Prabang Golf Club
Luang Prabang Golf Club lies roughly 6km to the West of the town center and is situated along Mekong River on the South Bank. It is surrounded by tropical mountains which are forested. Holes 14 up to 17 lie parallel with the riverbank. The par three 17th plays right, along the edge of this river, while Par four, hole 18 plays uphill, 35’ over 375 yards right from tips to the medium-sized green sloping 7’ right to left, going across a putting surface of 75 feet. In general, the greens tend to be in-between medium and small in size. The elevation changes throughout the whole layout are mild, except for the 18th hole.
