What makes Beijing South Woods Golf Club different is the ingenious design of the legendary Jack Nicklaus, combining natural contours with strategic elements, challenging skills and creativity.
Unlike many other golf courses that focus on difficulty or scenery, Beijing South Woods Golf Club brings both elements together in harmony. The golf course makes the most of the undulating terrain, with dramatic elevation changes, providing panoramic views and requiring carefully considered shots. The spacious landing areas feel open from the tee, but approach shots must be precise to overcome the multi-tiered greens and gentle slopes. Water hazards appear naturally rather than forced, adding to the beauty and challenge.
In addition, the golf course landscape is environmentally friendly, combining native grass and trees, giving the course a distinctive local flavor while maintaining international standards. The course is covered with a world-class automatic sprinkler system on all sides.
