Grandeur South Golf and Country Club, formerly known as Baoding Grandeur South Yongle Golf Club, is an 18-hole golf course covering an area of over 146 hectares. With the aim of providing upgraded services to the public to meet international standards, the course was comprehensively upgraded and a 9-hole course was added in 2005, becoming a 27-hole golf course, with many facilities such as a clubhouse of over 5000 m2, a golf practice range, a resort hotel with rooms with balconies overlooking the course and large-scale recreational facilities.
Since its inception, Grandeur South Golf and Country Club has not only provided regular club services but also hosted a series of large-scale events including the 1997 National Youth Golf Tournament and the National Youth Golf Summer Camp, etc. The course is divided into 3 courses A, B and C, with a total playing length of 10,688 yd. Course A is known for its lush greens. Course B adds difficulty and excitement with water hazards and bunkers. However, the newly built Course C is known for its undulating fairways, wide open water areas and more themed trees.
