Located on Coloane Island, Macau Golf and Country Club was established in 1993 and is the oldest and premier golf course in the region. It is also the only semi-private golf course open to both members and visitors in Macau.
Set on a headland with sweeping views of the sea to the front and the hills to the rear, the 18-hole layout extends to 6,624 from the back markers, playing to par 71. Notable holes include the redesigned par three 6th hole (which now plays to an island green); consecutive par fives at the 12th and 13th (which are rated 2 and 4); and the short par four 16th, which doglegs left to a long, two-tiered green.
In addition to the 18-hole championship golf course, the resort offers excellent facilities to provide everything that both members and visiting golfers need. The spacious clubhouse boasts spacious locker rooms, a luxurious spa and massage room, and a fully stocked pro shop. The restaurants and Seaview Terrace provide guests, visitors, and members with the perfect setting to enjoy a well-deserved relaxing drink with views of the South China Sea.
