Mae Joe Golf Club is located behind Mae Jo University, the oldest agricultural college in Chiang Mai. The golf course being only a 20 minute drive from Chiang Mai is very popular with golfers looking for a high quality fun course that is not too far from their Chiang Mai hotel. Excellent views of Doi Suthep and other mountains surround the golf course. With thousands of fruit trees and orchids alongside its fairways, Mae Joe Golf Club looks as good as it plays. The kiosk at the 14th hole has a dream like view as does the 15th tee.

Seni Thirawat, Mae Jo’s course designer, is a poplar local Thai golf course architect. Mae Joe Golf Club he designed is well suited for golfers of all abilities. Narrow fairways with Zoysia grass are perfect for low handicap player. Several water hazards and doglegs as well as long par 5’s require a demanding game. The Korean Velvet greens are mostly wide but often with a slope.

The club house in modern Lanna Style offers a restaurant, lodge, and friendly service. Extensive practice facilities including driving range, putting and chipping green, and bunkers are kept in good order allowing golfers to hit a few balls before their round at Mae Joe Golf Club.
