Shanxi Meiyuan International Golf Club is a comprehensive tourism development zone with the first championship golf course in Shanxi Province, wholly owned by Shanxi Meiyuan Industry and Commerce Group, which is the main body of entertainment, tourism and resort, cultural entertainment and collective business activities. The club is located next to Meiyuan Villa, a famous tourist resort in Shanxi. The project includes an 18-hole standard golf course, a standard golf driving range and training school, hotels and villas with golf course views, clubhouse, water sports center, etc.
Based on the shape of the mountain, the designer transformed the original landscape into a winding, challenging 18-hole, 72-shot, 7,465-yard golf course with mountains, lakes, cliffs and ravines. The fairways of Shanxi Meiyuan International Golf Club are arranged along the valleys on the hillside, with some water features designed at the bottom of the valleys. The water surface height varies from high to low along the terrain, and some golf courses are completely in the water. Evergreen trees are planted between and around the fairways, allowing players to fully experience the beautiful, ecologically harmonious forest sports space.
The club also has other facilities such as conference centers, function rooms, luxury standard rooms, executive suites, presidential suites, indoor swimming pools, spas and other facilities for business events.
