Guangzhou Drogon Lake Golf Club

Dragon Lake Village, Huadong Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China

Guangzhou Drogon Lake Golf Club is a 27-hole golf course that is one of the most famous Guangdong golf courses in Southern China, located about 30 minutes from downtown Guangzhou and just a 15-minute drive from the international airport. The course was the venue for the 2010 Asian Games and has hosted a number of professional events over the years. With tree-lined fairways and elevation changes throughout, the course offers an exciting and challenging test of golf.

The course is set against a lush mountain range that stretches for miles and is surrounded by Dragon Lake with stunning views of the Chinese Tich. Players can hit at night with a 19-27. The faults are often set on the fairways that are remarkably stable to the narrow fairways between the hills and the high slots at the back of the match. With only a few exceptions, most fairways are too limited and most uphill or downhill faults are too steep to play reasonably.

In addition to the golf course, the club features a fully equipped clubhouse and driving range. The club is part of the Dragon Lake International Village, which includes the European-themed Dragon Lake Princess Hotel, which offers 331 rooms, dining options, and entertainment facilities to provide guests with a unique resort experience. Additional amenities at the golf club include a driving range, golf academy, pro shop, and dining facilities.
