Manila Southwoods Golf and Country Club is named one of the most luxurious golf courses in Manila, Philippines. It was built in 1992 and quickly gained international recognition. People consider this course the “Most Challenging” and the “Best Environmentally Responsible” golf course in the Philippines.

Manila Southwoods Golf and Country Club has two distinct parts, the Masters and the Legends course. Both were designed by a famous golf architect named Jack Nicklaus and expected to offer every visitor the most challenging game ever. The Masters course is long, with lots of bunkers, lakes, and creeks. Fairways in this course are reasonably narrow, especially in the 9th hole. The Legends course is shorter and fashioned with fairways lying between bunkers and water hazards. The 16th is the most challenging hole of this course. Watch out for it.

Some experienced golfers say the Masters course is the most demanding in Asia, with a total length of more than 7200 yards. This course hosted the 1996 World Amateur Team Championship and some Philippines Open Tournaments.

Besides exclusive golf tournaments, Manila Southwoods Golf and Country Club is also famous for its additional facilities, such as Jacuzzi, banquet hall, massage room, etc. It is a private course, so you must be accompanied by a member. Or, contact us for tee time check and book golf tour.
