Qingdao Huashan Golf and Resort was founded in 1994 and officially opened in 1997. It is the oldest golf club in Qingdao and was designed by the famous American designers Nelson, Wright and Haworth. With an artificial lake and an up-and-down style, the golf course has the best slow-form belt. Qingdao Huashan Golf and Resort has two international standard 18-hole golf courses, covering an area of 2.5 million square meters, par 144, with a total golf course area of 3,500 acres.
The classic golf course and the master golf course are 7,150 yards and 7,080 yards long respectively, and this is the golf course that hosted the Omega China Golf Tour in 2007. Designed by a world-famous design company, Qingdao Huashan Golf and Resort provides a refreshing relaxing space with perfect functionality, convenient transportation, rich Korean style and regional characteristics. Since 2005, $20 million has been invested in renovating the lawns, landscaping and staff facilities. The main trees include ginkgo, fir, pine, cherry and chestnut. The introduction of rare trees such as ginkgo and fir in this area is the first time. All these trees and spacious lawns give visitors the feeling of being surrounded by green space.
