The Siam Country Club Rolling Hills is situated 2.5 kilometers past the Waterside Course en route to Chee Chan Mountain. The design of this course by Brian Curley incorporates traditional features commonly found in established parkland courses that have endured the test of time.
One particular challenge faced by golfers is the “wall of death” that shields the green. If the ball falls short or to the right, it lands in a series of bunkers that get progressively deeper and steeper. To avoid this, golfers should consider a bailout left. The final three holes ascend to the highest point on the course, providing stunning views of the surrounding countryside and Pattaya, as well as the other Siam golf courses. Playing well on this course necessitates a high degree of attention to detail and focus, up until the 18th hole.
The clubhouse of Siam Country Club Rolling Hills is modern and Thai-inspired, with an elegant and functional design. The use of marble throughout the clubhouse creates an ultra-luxurious atmosphere. The facilities cater to all golfers, with the quality of the lockers, restaurant, and pro shop more akin to a private club than a daily-use facility. The 19th hole provides an opportunity to enjoy some extra time at Siam Country Club Rolling Hills, with excellent views of the course from the clubhouse.
