Can a non-member play in tagaytay highlands? If yes, can i request for the rates?

Unfortunately, Tagaytay Highlands/ Midlands are currently implemeting a strict “members only and their guests” policy.
They are very strict with this since since the club opened again after the pandemic.
Pleae let us know if you have other courses you prefer to play?
