Built on the site of an abandoned sapphire mine, the par-70 layout is split into three distinct zones that reflect the local landscape: the Coconut Plantation, the Dune Area, and the Sapphire Mine.

The plantation holes are framed by dense palms and tight fairways, while the dune section opens up to provide direct views of the Indian Ocean and a steady sea breeze.
