Legend Da Nang Golf Resort
The third edition of the Vietnam Golf Classic (VGC) will take place in Danang, Vietnam in 2026. With an increasing number of fantastic courses, there is no better place to have a tournament than Danang, Vietnam. The tournament is expected to attract hundreds of international and Asia-Pacific golfers, including amateur players with official handicaps and corporate guests. It is typically organized in collaboration with leading golf course operators in Da Nang and international golf tourism companies.
The popular format is stroke play combined with handicap divisions, played over multiple rounds (multi-round tournament) on two championship courses, with a Gross & Net scoring system to ensure fair competition across skill levels.
Laguna Lang Co Golf Club
The 2026 SGA Vietnam Golf Week is a 7-day golf tournament organized in Da Nang and Hoi An – the most beautiful scenic spots of Vietnam. Players will have a golf tour through the best golf courses, such as Laguna Lang Co, Ba Na Hills, BRG Da Nang Golf Resort, and a sightseeing day. All courses are equipped with the most highly qualified facilities with strategically set up golf hazards to keep golfers on their toes till the end of the tournament.
This is a large-scale event organized by international golf associations (such as the Singapore Golf Association and regional partners), attracting numerous golfers from Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and Europe. The number of participants typically ranges from 100 to 200, combining competition and tourism.
Golfers participating in this event will stay at the Brilliant Hotel, featuring views of the poetic Han River and legendary bridges.
The tournament format is designed as a “golf tour tournament,” comprising multiple rounds at different courses, with points accumulated throughout the week. In addition, there are side activities such as a gala dinner, networking, and a sightseeing day, creating a comprehensive experience.

The Vietnam Legends Festival 2026 is a big part of the Legends Tour series. It brings together golf legends from around the world, amateur players, and international guests for a multi-stage tournament across Vietnam. The tournament brings together famous amateur golfers and high-profile guests from the Legends Tour system. This is one of the few events in Vietnam that has had former professional golfers, which has gotten a lot of media and professional attention.
There are a number of “Race to Legends” qualifiers in different places leading up to the Final Championship week in June 2026. The competition starts with qualifying rounds in different countries. The best golfers from those rounds then move on to the final round in Vietnam. In the last round, players will play in a stroke play format that includes Pro-Am, where amateur golfers can play with famous golfers.
This festival shows off Vietnam’s wide range of golf courses while also giving players and spectators a full experience by combining competitive play with networking and travel.
Vietnam World Masters Golf Championship
The Vietnam World Master Golf Championship is also on the list of must-participate Vietnam golf events, as it offers a chance to challenge world-standardized golf hazards.
This is one of the largest international amateur tournaments in Vietnam, usually attracting over 200 golfers from many countries such as Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Asia. The tournament is organized by international golf tourism companies in collaboration with golf courses in Da Nang.
Every player will be impressed by the quality and breathtaking scenery of the hosting courses.
The competition format lasts for 5–6 rounds, divided into age and handicap categories (Men, Women, Senior). Players compete in stroke play and accumulate points through each round to determine the champion in each category. There are also supplementary prizes such as Longest Drive and Nearest to the Pin.
