Despite being a small city country, Singapore is proud to be a golf paradise in Asia. It has more golf courses per square kilometer than any other country in the world. Singapore golf events attract competitors near and far thanks to the high-qualified golf courses and modern additional facilities and services. Let’s have a look at the following list of the best Singapore golf events in 2026.

Sentosa Golf Club – New Tanjong Course

The KrisFlyer Experiences Golf Tournament swings back into action in 2026, taking place on the legendary Serapong Course at Sentosa Golf Club. Fresh from its triumph as the World’s Best Golf Course at the 2023 World Golf Awards, Serapong promises an unforgettable challenge for KrisFlyer members.

The KrisFlyer Experiences Golf Tournament is returning to the Serapong course for 2026. In partnership with Mastercard, this event is essentially a chance for members to play the same 18 holes that have hosted the Singapore Open since 2005. The course had a major renovation in 2020, so the greens are much faster and the layout is more polished than it used to be.

If you have KrisFlyer miles sitting in your account, you can use them to book a spot in the field. It’s a rare opportunity to play one of the most famous par-72 courses in Asia under tournament conditions.

HSBC Women’s World Championship

  • Date: February 26 – March 1, 2026
  • Course: Sentosa Golf Club – Tanjong Course
HSBC Women's World Championship

HSBC Women’s World Championship

HSBC Women’s World Championship is a part of the LPGA Tour – a professional golf tournament for female players. It is the place where the world’s top players gather to compete in a golf showdown. There are four 18-hole golf rounds players need to overcome to win the prize. They are all contested in a stroke play format, and whoever with the lowest number of strokes across four rounds will be the winner. The total prize is $3 million. The HSBC Women’s World Championship is said to be one of the most highly-anticipated Singapore golf events in 2026.

Singapore Golf Events – LIV Golf Singapore 2026

  • Date: March 12- 15, 2026
  • Course: Sentosa Golf Club
LIV Golf Singapore 2023

LIV Golf Singapore

The Serapong has been the setting for some of the most dramatic moments in the history of the star-studded international event, and its third edition will be staged on March 12-15, 2026. It is also ranked one of the world’s top 100 golf courses, with a magnificent view over Singapore’s iconic cityscape.

2026 Singapore Golf Open

  • Date: April 23-26, 2026
  • Course: Sentosa Golf Club
Singapore Classic 2025

Singapore Classic

The Singapore Open is returning to Sentosa Golf Club from April 23 to 26, 2026. It’s the second event on the International Series schedule this year, and playing it on the Serapong Course means the players are in for a challenging week. Because this series is a direct route into the LIV Golf League, there’s a lot more on the line than just the trophy.

One of the biggest storylines for this year is that the top two finishers who aren’t already exempt will get a spot in The 154th Open at Royal Birkdale. Having those Major Championship spots available through the Open Qualifying Series usually guarantees a stronger international field. It’s a big week for the local fans, too – Sentosa is a great place to watch golf, and having a high-stakes tournament back on the calendar is a win for the sport in Asia.

BMW Golf Cup National Final

  • Date: August 18-21, 2026
  • Course: Tanah Merah Country Club – Tampines Course
BMW Golf Cub National Final

BMW Golf Cub National Final

This is easily one of the more anticipated amateur dates in Singapore, mostly because it’s the only way for local players to get onto the global stage through the BMW World of Golf program.

The real draw is the World Final. If you win your category here, you’re essentially playing for Team Singapore in an international championship later in the year. That stakes-driven atmosphere is balanced out by how the day is actually run, it’s a full-on hospitality event. You’ve got the usual lunch and shotgun start, but the dinner and lucky draws afterward are where the social side of the tournament happens. Between the private “Golf Pack” and the general level of organization at Tanah Merah, it feels much more like a professional tour event than a standard amateur outing.

Conclusion

Ever wonder why most Singapore golf events are held at Laguna National Golf & Country Club and Sentosa Golf Club? They are two of the best Singapore golf courses, successfully hosted many national and international tournaments in the past.
